Nothing like it has ever been seen in the trade," is the opinion of every tobacconist as to the enormous demand for the Baron Pipe- Filler and the Craven and Black Cat" Tobaccos in the patent cartridges. J ,I 4-1 'r Buy "Craven" or "Black Cat" Mixtur and you get 14 instead of only 10 pipesful to the ounce. See what you save, and better smoking, too. Vour pipe will smoke like a cigar, i THE NEW. Note, also, there is no nico- tine in the bowl of the pipe filled by the new Pipe-Filler. j The Press of the whole country has been asked by Messrs. Carreraa, Ltd., to kindly state that it is impossible for them to answer individually all the hundreds of letters which are being received asking for different kinds of tobaccos in cartridge form. A huge new factory is being built. This is expected to be ready in June, who,, additional varieties of tobacco will be supplied to mdet the demands of the pofatic. Meantime Messrs. Carreras thank the Public most heartily for its patronage. As always in the past, Messrs. Carreras will ahere to their Policy of — The Best is not too Good to Serve to the Public at Popular Prices." THE OLD. See how in every one of the 9 or 10 (only) Pipesful as filled by hand the tobacco lies in the bowl in a tangled mass, which prevents pleasureable smoking. FEW PEOPLE REALIZE
FEW PEOPLE REALIZE THE DANGER IN THAT COMMON DISEASE, CATARRH. j Because catarrhal diseases are so com-1 mon; iiil .uause catarrli is not rapidly YI latai, people tûo often overlook and neglect; it untu acme incurable aliment develops as • a result oi the neglect. • a result of the neglect. The inflamed condition of the membrane of the ncsf and throat makes a. fertile soil for the jjeinki ot Pneumonia and Cousump- tien; in fact, catarrhal pneumonia and catarrhal consumption are the most com-! mon forms of these dreaded diseases whi-h j annually cause more than one quarter of the j deaths in this countly. ) Remedies for catarrh are almost as uu- j nacrous as catarrh sutferers, but very few have any actual merit as a cure, the only ijood derived being simply a temporary re- lie!. There k, however, a very effective remedy recently discovered whicn is rapidly be- coming tujnous for its great value m re-1 iievmg aud permanently _urin; the tonus j of catarrhal clisea. whether located in the head, throat, lungs, or stomach. This new catarrh cure is principally com- posed of a gTim derived from the Eucalyptus tree, and this gum' poesee&es extraordinary ■ healing and antiseptic properties. It is taken internally in the form of a, lozenge or tabiet, pJaadant toO the taste and so harmless Cat little children take them with safety and benefit. Eucalyptus oil and the bark are sutue- times used, but are not .0 convenient nor MI palatable as the gum. Undoubtedly the best quality is found m Stuart's Catarrh Tablets, which may be ob- tained at any chenust's, and any catarrh sufferer whjo has tried douches, inhalers and liquid medicines will be surprised at the rapid improvement alter a. few days' use of Stuart's Catarrh Tablets. A doctor, in speaking of L'atarth and its cure, says:—"After many experiments I have given up the idea, of curing catarrh hy the use of inhalers, washes, salves or liquid medicines. I have always had the best results from Stuart' Catarrh Tablets; the red gum and other valuable antiseptics contained in these tablets make them, iu my opinion, far superior to any of tho numerous catarrh remedies so extensively advertised. The fact that Stuart s Catarrh Tablets are sold by chemists, under pro- tection of a trade mark, should not preju- dice conscientious physicians against them, because their undoubted merit and harm- less character make them a remedy which every catarrh sufferer may use with per- fect saiety and the prospect of a peauiaa- ent care." For colds in the head, for coughs, cat- arrhal deafness, and catarrh of the stomach and liver, people who have tried them say that Stuart's Catarrh Tablets a.re a house- hold necessity. se- Stuart's Catarrh Tablets caji be obtained of all chemists at Is. lid.. 2s. 9d. nd 411. 6d. a box, or send your name and ad- dress for free sample package to F. ITCHING BURNING SKIN FOR MONTHS A Foot and Leg Nearly Covered — No Rest Day or Night- Abandoned All Treatment in Despair In- stantly Relieved and Torturing ECZEMA COMPLETELY CURED BY CUTICURA For about eighteen months or two years I suffered from eczema which iBrat attacked me on the ankle, then gradually spread watil it nearly covered the whole of one foot and leg. The skin became much inflamed and rough and came ont in pimples which itched, discharged and burned .so much that I could get no rest, night or day. I was treated by a doc- tor for several week? bur- received no benefit. The eczema got the upper hand and I thought I should never get rid of it. For months I tried all manner of things but got no relief. I had quite given up hope but made up my mind to make one more effort to cure myself. "I got a full set of the Cuticura Remedies and it may sound impossible, but after the first application I felt relief. This put new life into me and I per- severed. In less than a week 1 had the disease under control. It is now three months since J started using Cutieura and I am just as well as ever I was in my life. Cuticura does not cure eczema and leave something else but clears the whoie eystem and gives new life- at anv rate it baa done so in my case. All that I used to cure me was one tablet of Cuticurs Soap, one box of Cuticurt. Ojntment, one bottle of Cuticura Resol- vent and two vials of Cuticura Pills, the whole cost of which did not amount to a fortnight's doctor's bills. Mrs. C. Barnes, 85, Oakfield Rd..
